Katy and Jack are excited to spend this special event with our closest friends. The wedding will be held on May 10, 2014
at the Chalet View Lodge near Portola, California. This venue offers us the opportunity to not only have a spectacular
wedding ceremony and reception but also allows us to expand the fun to a whole weekend.
We have blocked the entire resort for Friday and Saturday nights. Our friends and family are encouraged to join us for a
weekend of fun.

the Hagen-Douglass wedding spectacular. Do not call the front desk to make a reservation they
will tell you there are no rooms available.

Friday night welcome dinner:
6:30 PM Graeagle Barn - The corner of Highway 70 and 89.
Shuttle from Chalet View Lodge beigins at 5:30 PM.
Dress is casual, but feel free to wear your finest southern attire (cowboy or Antebellum).

Please join us for a continental breakfast from 7:30 to 11:00 AM to celebrate Mother's Day.

Ceremony
Katy and Jack's wedding ceremony will be on May 10, 2014 at 4:30 PM. Immediately after the ceremony guest will enjoy a hosted
cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing.

Attire
For the weekend's festivities casual wear is encouraged.
For the Friday welcome dinner the dress code is casual, with some Antebullum / western flair!
For the wedding ceremony and reception cocktail attire
is requested, black tie optional.
Guest are encouraged to be creatively formal. Kilts, military mess uniforms, and
other traditional dress are welcome and encouraged so long as the spirit of cocktail attire is maintained.
